Advanced Welded Crossing
In recent years, with the spread of longer rails for reasons such as higher train speeds, lower maintenance costs and noise, and improved riding comfort, it has become desirable to weld joints in turnouts as well. New Rail steel crossings were developed with Railway Technical Research Institute for the purpose of welding rails in turnouts to solve the problems of past welded crossings.

Movable set-off Mechanism
This device is used to move track maintenance vehicles and other equipment onto other tracks without using turnouts.
While in the past, multiple workers carried and installed these set-off mechanism by hand, our movable type is installed
outside the main rail track and can be easily installed by a single worker by rotating the set-off mechanism.
Wear resistant tongue rail
Since tong rail wear is significant on turnouts with many passing trains, we have developed a tong rail under the guidance of the Railway Technical Research Institute with improved wear resistance by changing the rail material, cross-sectional shape, and heat treatment conditions.
